Information we collect
Contact details you send through our inquiry form (name, email, company, phone, and message); account information that creditor clients provide to our recovery advisor; and basic technical data such as browser type needed to operate the site. Consumer account information comes from our creditor clients and public or consumer-reporting sources as permitted by law.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, provide recovery services to our clients, communicate with consumers about accounts as permitted by law, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and keep our services secure. The recovery advisor uses an AI model to generate recommendations from the details a client submits; those details are not used to train public models.
How we share it
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the creditor that owns an account, service providers bound by confidentiality, consumer reporting agencies where permitted, and authorities when required by law. Financial information is handled in line with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
How we protect it
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and account-level separation so each client can only see its own submissions. No system is perfect, so we kindly ask that you only upload what's needed for a recommendation.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by record-keeping laws.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions. California and other state residents may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA. Signed-in clients can delete their saved recommendations at any time.
